The 37^th Annual Park Point Rummage Sale takes place June 9 & 10^th and features 4 miles of bargains! Bring a good pair of walking shoes, an empty trunk or bags, and some cash to help you bring home some unique treasures.

Grandma’s Marathon and the arrival of thousands of runners and their families is quickly approaching. Grandmas Marathon takes place on June 17^th and the finish line for the race is located just a few hundred feet from our property!  The marathon isn’t just for the runners—Canal Park transforms into a hub of family fun activities. We’ve been brainstorming fun ideas to incorporate into the action-packed weekend for everyone staying at the Inn on the 16^th and 17th. You can expect great service, great fun, and some tasty treats. In the works are a Popcorn Bar, a Chocolate Fountain, Poster Making, and delicious Infused Water. Stay tuned to our social media for more details!

The City of Duluth 4^th Fest is the greatest fourth of July celebration in the Midwest! Join us for the fun and experience, live music, great food, and even a family friendly carnival that takes place in the DECC parking lot. Fireworks are shot from a barge in the harbor so you can view them up close from Bayfront park or up on Skyline Boulevard for a bird’s eye view.

Don’t miss out on Movies in the Park taking place every Friday in July and August. The Downtown Council sponsors a giant inflatable screen in beautiful Leif Erickson park. The movies start at dusk, and we suggest bringing your camping chairs or a blanket for a cozy spot to sit!
